Breakfast - cooked in the Aga - showcases locally sourced specialities. Prize winning sausages, dry cured smoked bacon, and black pudding, come from Higginsons of Grange. Eggs come from the hens in the garden, and the bread is home made. There is lots of choice: go for the “full English” to set you up for the day, or - for something lighter - try our scrambled eggs and Cartmel Valley smoked salmon, or a boiled egg and soldiers. With a choice of cereals, fruit, Greek yoghurt, honey, porridge, and a glass of freshly squeezed orange, apple, or grapefruit juice, we are sure we can make you your perfect breakfast.
